About Me
My Background
I have always loved being creative. As a kid I would sing, dance, play with my grandma's camera, anything I could to be creative. For a while I even worked as a model, flower girl shoots, helping new photographers build their business, and even hair shows.
I got into theater during eighth grade and studied every aspect I could through high school, specializing in theater. However, in college I fell back in love with Photography with a minor in Printmaking. From there my creative side has grown and I do as many things as I can get my hands on!
My Medium
About two years ago I taught myself to knit and crochet. I am loving the process of making new things come to life from one strand of yarn. When I am done with a new project it just blows me away that it is all one continual strand of yarn to make something so beautiful. This new form of creativity has really spoken to me and is my main focus right now!
I am use a Nikon D5100 for my photography. I love using props in my sessions, but my favorite photography is nature itself. There is nothing more creative or beautiful than nature!
For my paintings I use different types of acrylics, floetrol, silicon, brushes, straws, cups, anything I can to get the image I need or the effect I am looking for.
My Inspiration
In my spare time I enjoy working on my art, spending time with my fur babies, and relaxing with my beautiful wife. They are a constant source of inspiration for my art. They encourage me to live my life to the fullest, and to never stop working on what I love to do!
